School of Management Sciences est une école de la grande école Biaka University Institute of Buea. Situated on the gentle slopes of Mount Cameroon in Buea – the city of excellence, Biaka University Institute of Buea (BUIB) is a citadel of learning to reckon with. It provides a conducive and enabling environment for learning, with the best professionals on her teaching staff bench. Founded in 1998 by Dr. Francis Lawrence Tonye Biaka, then known as the St. Francis School of Nursing and Midwifery aimed at training nurses. In the same year, Dr. Lawrence Francis Tonye Biaka was awarded a Fellowship by the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists of England. In 2016, the ministry of higher education authorized our higher institutes to be transformed into BIAKA University Institute of Buea (BUIB). This upgrade gave BUIB the onus to run three schools – School of Health Sciences, School of Education and School of Management Sciences. Courses offered run from Higher National Diploma (HND), Top-Up Bachelor(BSc.) programs, Direct BSc. programs and Post Graduate studies in the various schools.
